Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Salesforce Developer.

Summary:
The Salesforce Developer will work closely with our Salesforce and Digital technical team members, business analysts, and DevOps, helping to develop our Medicare Platform. In addition, they will be responsible for helping with hands on development of strategic communication emails, email journeys on our Salesforce Marketing cloud based on supplied design UX templates. Candidates will be working with multiple team members, Technology leadership, Product, and other stake-holders.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of development on Salesforce SaaS product, using out of the box Salesforce APIs, building custom APIs on Apex language for Salesforce
* 3+ years of experience in email design, Salesforce marketing cloud, journey builder, email studio and template on Marketing Cloud
* Adequate experience in interacting with stakeholders with excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to self-learn new concepts and resolve roadblocks for the team
* Proven proactiveness in improving quality and passion to maintain and improve existing standards
* Experience with Salesforce Sales cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DevAssist AI, Software development life cycle, change management, GitHub and other standard tools
* Experience in UI designing, email development based on supplied Figma, on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Apex coding language, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and very well versed with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, email templates, Data Extensions, Marketing Cloud Connect, Content Builder and Email Studio
* Good understanding of Salesforce APIs (custom and out of the box), standard REST APIs, Authentication and authorization
* Strong and clear communication skill, with ability to interact with audience at different levels of Technology backgrounds
* Ability to clearly articulate the problem statement when requested
* Deep technical skills and ability to work across peer groups to resolve technical/design issues
* Experience with broader architectural design for application design and development/utilizing DevOps tools and processes for automation
* Experience in building and understanding REST APIs
* Have used DevAssist AI tools like (GitHub CoPilot) in the past

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
