Role Overview

Virtusa AI Labs is seeking an AI Solution Lead to design, build, and operationalize next-generation AI applications that deliver measurable business impact. This is a client-facing role focused on helping enterprises transition from AI experimentation to large-scale adoption across GenAI, predictive modeling, and agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions using modern architecture patterns and industry best practices

• Translate business requirements into deployable AI systems using RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and hybrid reasoning pipelines

• Own full AI lifecycle including data ingestion, preparation, model integration, evaluation, and production deployment

• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and FMOps practices to automate workflows, manage versioning, and ensure reliable deployments

• Collaborate with data, product, and cloud teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions

• Build and operationalize GenAI and advanced AI applications at scale

• Present technical architecture and AI solution strategies to business stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow

• Experience working with AWS (Azure or Google Cloud Platform knowledge is a plus)

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and solution architecture

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and agentic AI systems

• Experience working in AI/ML solution architecture or technical consulting roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
