Core Responsibilities

  • Architecture Leadership: Build the current solution architecture, identify defects (performance, security, and functionality), and propose a comprehensive future-state REXX Architecture.

  • Application Enhancement: Lead hands-on collaboration to gather business requirements and develop a reliable, performant, and scalable REXX application.

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with internal OIT/ODT security policies and external regulations. Implement access controls, audit logs, and data protection measures.

  • Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance to developers and document reusable patterns, components, and best practices to ensure long-term system maintainability.

  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex Apex programming, workflows, and automated reporting solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Salesforce Development: 7+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform.

  • Architecture Expertise: Proven success in large-scale Salesforce implementations with deep knowledge of Reporting, Workflow, and Automation.

  • Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Apex programming and UI design.

  • Certifications: Must possess up-to-date Salesforce Certification(s).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are required for architectural documentation and stakeholder engagement.
