Summary
Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Oracle EBS Techno Functional Manager to join our enterprise hospitality client. Main responsibilities in this position will be leading the day to day production support of Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials across a global, multi brand environment. This role oversees incident, change, and service request management, partners closely with third party vendors, and serves as a key liaison to business stakeholders to ensure system stability, timely issue resolution, and successful accounting period close. The position also supports ongoing enhancements and new implementations, providing production support expertise to ensure smooth transitions, high solution quality, and minimal business disruption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Applications or similar
- 7-10 years in Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials Technical and Functional areas across modules GL, AP, AR, PO, FA and CE. Experience in supporting global setup, Multi-currency, fast paced environment.
- Techno-functional manager supporting Oracle EBS R12.2. Oversees incidents, change requests, vendor work (TCS), ensures solution quality, and performs code reviews.
- Required: Techno-functional Oracle EBS R12.2 experience; GL and AP required, PO preferred; global, multi-currency environment; code review experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills supporting global brands.
- Management: Prior people or support team management preferred; strong technical leads considered.
