Summary

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Cyara IVR & AI Tester to support testing and validation of IVR systems and AI-driven conversational platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cyara automation tools, IVR call flow testing, and AI voice or chatbot validation to ensure high-quality customer interaction experiences across voice channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases using Cyara for IVR and contact center applications
  • Validate IVR call flows, speech recognition accuracy, routing logic, and customer journeys
  • Test AI-powered voice bots and conversational AI systems for accuracy, intent recognition, and response quality
  • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of IVR and AI platforms
  • Identify defects, analyze root causes, and work with development teams for resolution
  • Validate integrations between IVR systems, CRM platforms, and backend services
  • Monitor call quality, latency, and system performance during testing cycles
  • Support UAT activities and provide detailed test reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with business requirements and customer experience standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Cyara testing platform
  • Strong experience testing IVR systems (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, or similar)
  • Experience testing Conversational AI / Voice Bots / Chatbots
  • Knowledge of call flows, speech recognition, and NLP validation
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and defect tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work closely with QA, development, and business teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI testing methodologies and conversational analytics
  • Knowledge of contact center platforms and telephony protocols
  • Exposure to cloud contact center solutions (CCaaS)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
