Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Solutions Center (PSC) team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates or candidates with internship experience in HR Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations.
In this role, you will support a wide range of HR operations by managing employee requests, maintaining HR records, responding to employee and manager inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of HR transactions. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver an exceptional employee experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 HR operational support for employee data changes, HR requests, and inquiries.
- Manage employee and manager queries through the HR ticketing system (Ask HR), email, and phone.
- Process HR transactions, maintain employee records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR programs, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Escalate complex cases when required and collaborate with HR teams for timely resolution.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Requirements:
- Internship experience in HR Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations is preferred.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and HRIS/SAP is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
