Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Solutions Architect (EPM)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Local candidates only
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Solutions Architect (EPM) to support and enhance enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM applications for a large public-sector organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture, technical configuration, integrations, security, performance optimization, and release management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM/HCM applications
- Manage custom fields, fast formulas, workflows, and security roles
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle releases, patches, and coordinate testing
- Support integrations, system enhancements, and issue resolution
- Monitor performance, reliability, and system architecture
- Develop technical specifications and documentation
- Work with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Mentor junior technical team members
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of ERP administration experience
- 5+ years as Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP / EPM / HCM
- Expertise in integrations, security roles, workflows, and fast formulas
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- SSO / SSL / encryption experience
- Finance / HR / Payroll domain knowledge.
