Salesforce Solution Architect – Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

About the Opportunity
InvestM Technology is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join a strategic engagement supporting one of our enterprise customers. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the architecture, optimization, and transformation of a complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) ecosystem.
In this role, you'll define the technology roadmap across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ/RCA, Field Service, Service Cloud, and ERP platforms while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT leadership to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technology lead for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) ecosystem, aligning enterprise technology solutions with business objectives.
- Define and execute the platform roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/RCA, Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Salesforce Service Cloud, and ERP platforms.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Lead platform consolidation, modernization, and integration initiatives, particularly within complex post-acquisition environments.
- Collaborate with global onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Establish platform governance, architecture standards, SLAs, and operational best practices.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant solutions.
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 10+ years supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Deep expertise with: Salesforce Sales Cloud; Salesforce CPQ / RCA; Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Salesforce Service Cloud; Enterprise ERP platforms
- Proven experience architecting and optimizing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading global delivery teams, including offshore resources.
- Demonstrated success with enterprise platform integration and consolidation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infor Syteline ERP.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred).
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, NetSuite, or SAP.
