The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team, you provide specialized technical know-how as a Network Engineer. As a Specialist, you handle intricate tasks and conduct in-depth analyzes, supporting specific projects with your specialized knowledge. Responsibilities

- Provide specialized technical support for cloud and network architecture projects

- Conduct thorough analyzes to identify system improvements and efficiencies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

- Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure

- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance service delivery

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements

- Document processes and create technical specifications for projects

- Support the team in achieving project milestones and objectives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred

- ITIL Foundation certification preferred

- CCNP or equivalent vendor certifications preferred

- Fiber/cabling certifications (BICSI or equivalent) preferred

- Demonstrating proficiency in structured cabling and patching

- Installing and mounting network devices effectively

- Supporting circuit turn-up activities and validation testing

- Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues

- Maintaining asset inventory and documentation

Travel Requirements
Up to 60%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
