Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of software development experience with Angular, C#, .NET Core, SQL/NoSQL, and unit testing frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience architecting enterprise-scale solutions on modern technology stacks.
• 8+ years of hands-on cloud-native engineering experience on AWS.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SNS/SQS, MSK, Step Functions, Glue, Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Athena, EFS, and Lake Formation.
• Experience with microservices, FaaS/PaaS, DevSecOps, SRE, GitHub, SonarQube, ADO, SAFe, XP, and Lean methodologies.
• 3+ years of AI/ML and Generative AI experience is preferred.
• Tax and Immigration domain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong architecture and design expertise including OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, Business Context Diagrams, ER diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
