Summary
ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is responsible for solution architecture, platform governance, integrations, workflow automation, security compliance, and technical leadership across ServiceNow initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Servers, and platform performance optimization. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, mentoring development teams, creating architecture documentation, and supporting ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM implementations.
