One of our clients is looking for SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Business Analyst
Business Analyst, E-commerce (SFCC):
Lead client-facing requirements gathering, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations.
Analyze eCommerce customer journeys, site performance, and conversion drivers to identify optimization opportunities across merchandising, checkout, and personalization.
Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, and ensure SFCC configurations align with business requirements and release goals.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging SFCC capabilities (e.g., promotions, catalog, search, integrations) and recommending enhancements to improve user experience, performance, and business outcomes.
