Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Product, Architecture & Delivery Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of next-generation lending solutions. This role will serve as the onsite technology leader responsible for translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions, leveraging AI-driven innovation, and partnering closely with global engineering teams to deliver business value.

The ideal candidate combines deep lending domain expertise, strong solution architecture capabilities, Agile delivery leadership, and practical experience applying emerging AI technologies to accelerate product development and decision-making.

This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technology leadership, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and offshore engineering teams while ensuring successful execution from concept through production delivery.

What you will do at Sogeti:
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Business Alignment
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lending platforms and related capabilities.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and AI-enabled technology solutions.
  • Drive prioritization of product capabilities, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and speed to market.
  • Present recommendations, roadmaps, risks, and progress updates to senior leadership.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
  • Lead solution architecture and technical design for lending platform initiatives.
  • Rapidly evaluate business challenges and develop pragmatic, scalable architectural solutions.
  • Apply AI-enabled development approaches to accelerate ideation, design, and delivery.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance policies, security controls, and architectural best practices.
  • Guide development teams on application architecture, integration patterns, cloud-native design, security, resiliency, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

AI Strategy & Innovation
  • Drive adoption of AI-first thinking across products, engineering processes, and delivery practices.
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities involving:
  • Generative AI
  • Machine Learning
  • Agentic AI
  • AI-assisted software development
  • AI-powered business capabilities
  • Promote responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and risk controls.
  • Leverage AI tools and domain expertise to accelerate solution design, analysis, delivery planning, and development productivity.

Agile Delivery Leadership
  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for strategic initiatives.
  • Lead Agile planning, execution, dependency management, and release readiness activities.
  • Partner closely with offshore development teams to ensure alignment, velocity, quality, and successful execution.
  • Remove delivery obstacles and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Track and communicate KPIs, KRIs, delivery metrics, and operational performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement across engineering and delivery processes.

Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong partnerships with:
  • Directors and Senior Directors
  • Business Product Owners
  • Enterprise Architecture Teams
  • Infrastructure Teams

  • Communicate technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you will bring:
Required Qualifications

Leadership & Delivery
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives.
  • Proven success leading Agile teams and large-scale software delivery programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing globally distributed delivery teams.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Lending Domain Expertise
  • Deep experience within lending platforms, loan lifecycle management, collateral management, consumer lending, commercial lending, or related financial services technology.
  • Strong understanding of lending business processes and associated technology ecosystems.
  • Experience aligning product strategy with business and operational objectives.

Architecture & Technical Leadership
  • Strong solution architecture and system design expertise.
  • Ability to rapidly assess business problems and define practical technology solutions.
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud-native architectures
  • APIs and microservices
  • Event-driven architectures
  • Security and governance frameworks
  • DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Enterprise integration patterns

AI & Emerging Technology
  • Practical experience applying Generative AI technologies to business and engineering solutions.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and modern AI development practices.
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk management principles.
