Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Engineer with strong expertise in the Dynatrace SaaS DPS platform to support application performance monitoring, observability, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced Dynatrace features, cloud environments, and monitoring best practices.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS DPS platform.
Review, design, and optimize Dynatrace dashboards for improved performance and reduced operational costs.
Optimize dashboard queries to enhance efficiency and minimize data consumption.
Configure and manage Davis Anomaly Detection, custom alerts, and automated workflows.
Perform data preprocessing by extracting and transforming relevant attributes and fields.
Configure Frontend Monitoring, Business Events, and Business Flows.
Create, extract, and manage custom metrics within Dynatrace.
Create and manage Buckets and Bucket Assignments.
Utilize OpenPipeline for advanced data ingestion and Dynatrace configurations.
Deploy, monitor, and support applications running in AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure comprehensive observability and proactive performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Dynatrace SaaS DPS.
Proficiency in dashboard creation, query optimization, and alert configuration.
Experience with Davis AI, Workflows, and OpenPipeline.
Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
