AI/ML Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Azure services, Python, and PySpark. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering AI/ML-driven solutions for enterprise environments. This role requires deep technical understanding, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for AI/ML projects in a cloud environment.
Develop scalable data and ML pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Azure Databricks.
Integrate, configure, and optimize Microsoft Copilot capabilities within business applications.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build robust AI solutions.
Drive best practices for model development, versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
Support cloud modernization initiatives and architecture reviews.
Clearly document architectural designs, patterns, and implementation details.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in software engineering / data engineering / solution architecture roles.
Strong experience building and deploying ML solutions on Azure (Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Storage, AKS, etc.).
Hands-on expertise in Python and PySpark for data processing and model development.
Experience with Copilot / AI copilots / Generative AI integration and solutioning.
Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, data governance, and security.
Ability to lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or custom model fine-tuning.
Knowledge of Databricks, delta lakes, and large-scale distributed systems.
Microsoft Azure certifications (Architect, Data Engineer, AI Engineer).
