Job Description SummaryAs a Data Steward and Operations Lead at GE Healthcare, you will support the accuracy, reliability, and operational usability of data for more than 500,000 assets and their associated service contracts. This role is customer and execution-focused and combines hands-on data management with project coordination to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will lead data correction initiatives, manage maintenance and improvement projects, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues that impact service delivery and contract performance.
This is a remote role where you will work out of your home office. The successful candidate will need to reside in the 48 contiguous Unites States with the ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.
Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities- Maintain and improve operational data accuracy for assets and associated service contracts across enterprise systems.
- Identify, validate, and correct data discrepancies across multiple platforms and data sources. Address root cause of data discrepancies with improvement and sustainability projects.
- Lead data improvement initiatives, including defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking outcomes, working within Customer requests and expectations.
- Analyze data trends and operational impacts to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Partner with Service Delivery, Product, IT, and Customer Contract teams to resolve data issues affecting execution and customer outcomes. Communicate effectively to Customer.
- Develop and maintain repeatable processes and workflows to support consistent data maintenance and issue resolution.
- Track action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely closure of data-related issues.
- Support implementation of operational improvements related to asset, contract, and service data.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, project coordination, or related roles; OR an Associates degree and a minimum 5 years of experience in data operations, analytics, project coordination, or related roles; OR a high school diploma/GED and a minimum 7 years of experience in data operations, analytics, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and/or PowerBI.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and deliver results within defined timelines.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience with enterprise asset management or contract management systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, service delivery environments, or large-scale asset portfolios.
- Experience using reporting or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data science methodologies.
- Exposure to product architecture, field service operations, or lifecycle management processes.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
