Role Overview
Looking a senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of AI-native platforms and digital products. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for driving end-to-end programme delivery across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, Security, Privacy and Governance teams.
This is not a traditional Project Manager or Scrum Master role. The client is looking for a technically strong TPM who can manage complex AI platform initiatives, remove delivery blockers, drive architectural alignment, and successfully deliver products from concept through production.
Mandatory Requirements
Technical Program Management
- 8+ years of TPM / Program Management experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise platforms
- Critical path planning and milestone management
- Managing 10+ concurrent dependencies/workstreams
- RAID management and decision governance
- Release readiness and go-live ownership
- Executive stakeholder communication
AI Platform Delivery
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with:
- Generative AI solutions
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations
- AI/ML product delivery
- AI governance and Responsible AI practices
- Human-in-the-loop workflows
- Model evaluation and monitoring
Technical Depth
Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft Azure
- DevOps / CI-CD
- APIs and integrations
- Data platforms
- Cloud infrastructure
- Architecture governance
- Security and RBAC models
Strong Candidate Indicators
Delivered GenAI/RAG solutions into production
Led AI platform initiatives from concept to deployment
Worked with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Anthropic, etc.
Managed Product, Engineering, Data, Security and Architecture stakeholders
Presented programme updates to senior leadership and steering committees
Drove release governance and architecture reviews
Experience working in consulting, professional services or enterprise digital transformation environments

Candidates are unlikely to progress if they:
- Are primarily Scrum Masters or Project Coordinators
- Lack hands-on GenAI or RAG delivery experience
- Have limited technical understanding of architecture and cloud platforms
- Have managed teams but never owned platform delivery
- Cannot articulate AI platform dependencies, security, governance and release readiness processes
