You'll apply modern engineering practices and the AI-enabled engineering practices across the development lifecycle to help customers accelerate decision making, improve operations, and unlock new opportunities.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of customer solutions, monitoring performance, reliability, quality, and maintainability, and continuously improving deployed systems after release.
  • Collaborate across engineering, data science, product management, design, and customer teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Contribute reusable components, reference implementations, and best practices that can be leveraged across customer engagements.
  • Share insights and learnings from customer deployments to help improve Microsoft products, platforms, and engineering practices.
  • Foster a culture of learning, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement while contributing to the growth of the broader FDE community.
