Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead the migration from a standalone work process to a web-based application. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of agile projects. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite at the Willis office, with 25% travel. The position is a backfill for UALJP00014374 and is currently in the requirements gathering phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Coordinate resources and timetables with user departments and data centers to complete projects.
  • Conduct system audits to verify application results and ensure quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
  • Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security controls to preserve assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability to achieve results.
  • Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
  • Proven expertise in managing agile projects with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • PMP Certification (preferred).
  • Experience in project execution using Agile methodologies (preferred).
  • Background in the airline industry (preferred).

Pay Range: $58 - $62
