Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead the migration from a standalone work process to a web-based application. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of agile projects. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite at the Willis office, with 25% travel. The position is a backfill for UALJP00014374 and is currently in the requirements gathering phase.
Responsibilities: - Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Coordinate resources and timetables with user departments and data centers to complete projects.
- Conduct system audits to verify application results and ensure quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
- Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security controls to preserve assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability to achieve results.
- Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
- Proven expertise in managing agile projects with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- PMP Certification (preferred).
- Experience in project execution using Agile methodologies (preferred).
- Background in the airline industry (preferred).

Pay Range: $58 - $62
