SAP Time Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Time Functional Consultant to support our U.S.-based clients. The consultant will lead implementation and support projects, collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to deliver accurate and efficient time management solutions in compliance with U.S. labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Time Management projects for U.S. clients.
• Configure and maintain Time Schemas aligned with U.S. labor regulations.
• Develop and optimize PCRs for compliance with U.S. time/attendance requirements.
• Design and implement Quota Configuration for vacation, sick leave, and absences.
• Apply Schema Functions to streamline time evaluation processes.
• Execute and monitor Time Evaluation with Payroll integration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for client-specific issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple U.S. client locations.

Required Experience

• Proven SAP Time Management implementation/support experience.
• Hands-on expertise with U.S. client environments.
• Strong knowledge of Time Schemas, PCRs, Quota Configuration, Schema Functions, and Time Evaluation.
• Experience integrating Time Management with Payroll and other SAP modules.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, aligning with U.S. time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to document processes and train HR/Payroll teams.
