Summary

Seeking a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience leading $10M-scale public-sector application modernization projects.
Must have experience in legacy system modernization, digital transformation, business requirements, user stories, and product backlog management.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps or Jira, large-scale data conversion, and testing is required.
Experience with Azure, Microsoft technologies, WCAG accessibility, government compliance, and business process improvement is highly desirable.
Hybrid in Pennsylvania: 2 days onsite per week, including Wednesday; YAFOS certification is mandatory.
