Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and production support to the marketing team for Clean Energy Solutions programs.
- Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting commercial and industrial clients.
- Support the production and delivery of B2B marketing assets, including:
- Paid media (banner ads, video, email, sponsored content, SEM)
- Marketing collateral (flyers, banners)
- Case studies and website content
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as corporate communications, legal, and program teams.
- Contribute to marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Ensure quality assurance (QA/QC) of marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Manage and support ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing and editing marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated copyediting skills with adherence to brand and style guidelines.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
OR - Equivalent professional experience (minimum 7 years) in lieu of a degree.
