Required Technical Skills

• SQL
• Strong ability to write correct SQL and clearly explain joins, subqueries, output, and performance considerations.
• Advanced experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Python
• Ability to write readable, testable Python code appropriate to the business problem.
• Experience refactoring code and clearly explaining logic end-to-end.
• Data Integration & APIs
• Experience building data integrations using integration tools and APIs to ingest and move data across systems.
• Proven ability to deliver maintainable data pipelines from intake through deployment with minimal oversight.

Platform & Tool Experience

• Snowflake
• Working proficiency with roles and permissions basics.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting workloads.
• GitHub
• Experience with branching strategies, pull requests, workflows, code reviews, and repository hygiene.
• BI / Analytics Ecosystem
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and/or SQL Server components, as applicable to the environment.
• Automation & Scripting
• Experience using scripting or automation to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
