What you'll do...What You'll Do - Design and develop ML solutions for personalization and targeting, from data exploration to model implementation.
- Translate business needs into data-driven insights and models, guided by senior team members.
- Build, evaluate, and monitor models (ranking, recommendation, optimization) using best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and communicate findings clearly.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and contribute to technical discussions.
What You'll Bring - 1-2 years' experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, with a solid foundation in statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus.
- Familiarity or strong interest in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems.
- Understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Curiosity, ownership, and eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
