Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on programming experience and a solid understanding of modern software development, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.

  • Develop scalable and reliable backend and/or full-stack solutions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers.

  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Deploy and support applications in cloud environments.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.

  • Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.

  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform cloud services.

  • Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.

  • Experience with automated testing and test-driven development.

  • Experience building highly scalable enterprise applications.

Compensation

$100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience, technical skills, location, and qualifications.

Experience
