Who we are looking for

The role is an IT Program/Project Manager that will be part of the GTS Compliance Technology team working on regulatory applications, including the Know Your Customer (KYC) application. The role will require a strong technical background. The candidate will need to be familiar with application architecture, data architecture and AWS Cloud technologies. The candidate must have significant experience working on large time sensitive development projects.

What you will be responsible for
  • Work with key stakeholders to design technical solutions for complex requirements and lead from inception to production
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and within scope
  • Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
  • Use data and analytical skills to conduct assessments and utilize data management metrics and insights to influence decisions
  • Work with cross-functional teams that include businesses, developers, and testers;
  • Interact with third-party vendors on solution implementation
  • Advocate best practices and improved team processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 7 years experience in technical/application development roles
  • Experience managing large, complex IT projects
  • Strong working knowledge of financial services and regulatory domain
  • Knowledge of AWS and other cloud technologies
  • Experience with agile development methodology
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Experience in data analysis with Excel, SQL, BI tools

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
