Summary

Job Title : Senior NLP Engineer

Core Responsibilities

Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks like NER, sentiment analysis, text classification, and summarization.
Generative AI & RAG: Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Fine-Tuning techniques for proprietary data, specifically for conversational agents.
Production Deployment: Deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and utilizing GPU acceleration.
System Optimization: Develop, validate, and optimize algorithms for improved accuracy, latency, and reliability.
Data Engineering: Oversee data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align AI solutions with business goals. Mentor junior team members and conduct design reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in NLP, ML engineering, or AI.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
NLP Technologies: Deep understanding of modern NLP frameworks (e.g., Rasa NLU, BERT, LLM architectures).
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Background: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead projects, communicate complex ideas, and work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with knowledge graphs or graph databases.
Experience in specific domains like Finance, Healthcare, or Legal.
Proven record of shipping high-impact, customer-facing AI products.
