Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead BI reporting and dashboard development initiatives using enterprise analytics and visualization platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting requirements, metrics, data models, and security needs.
- Guide solution design, data modeling, reporting governance, and implementation of scalable analytics solutions.
- Lead BI delivery teams, monitor reporting performance, and drive automation, self-service analytics, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data visualization, and leadership of BI delivery teams.

|
Technical Skills
|
Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DAX, Snowflake, Data Modeling
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting, KPI Reporting, Data Governance, Self-Service Analytics, Stakeholder Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial services, insurance, or other data-intensive business environments.
- Experience with enterprise reporting platforms such as Looker, Cognos, MicroStrategy, or ThoughtSpot.
- Experience leading analytics teams and delivering executive, operational, and regulatory reporting solutions.
