Overview
We're Hiring: Python + PySpark Developer
Location: Remote
We are looking for a hands-on Python/PySpark Developer with strong programming and data-processing experience to build data pipelines and reusable software components from scratch.
The ideal candidate should be a strong Python developer who can write custom PySpark code and develop data-processing solutions without relying heavily on built-in pipeline features from Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
The role involves working with legacy and on-premise data systems, so the candidate must be comfortable developing solutions in environments where modern cloud tooling or platform enablers may not be available.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced Python programming
- Strong PySpark development experience
- Building data pipelines using custom code
- Developing reusable components, libraries, and frameworks
- Experience working with legacy/on-premise systems
- Strong understanding of data processing and ETL concepts
- Ability to develop solutions independently without relying on cloud-native pipeline tools
