Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Pharma, and Supply Chain Planning domains. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP functionalities that optimize end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Configure and support SAP modules related to Supply Chain Planning (SAP APO/IBP, PP, MM, WM, QM) and Pharma manufacturing compliance.
Drive process improvements in production planning, demand forecasting, material management, and batch traceability to align with regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP).
Support integration of SAP with quality, regulatory, and compliance systems.
Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and collaborate with developers for enhancements/customizations.
Conduct workshops, UAT, training sessions, and prepare SOPs for end users.
Ensure data integrity, system validation, and compliance within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning.
Strong domain knowledge in Pharma and Life Sciences industry processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules: PP, MM, QM, APO/IBP (Supply Chain Planning).
Knowledge of GxP, GMP, FDA, and Pharma compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skill
