Title:US IT Consulting Business Growth Specialist

Location: Remote (Full-Time)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven sales professional who can independently acquire US-based clients for IT services and consulting engagements. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in IT service delivery, digital transformation, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, staffing, and IT consulting.


< data-start="1242" data-end="1267">Key Responsibilities</>
  • Identify and acquire new US-based clients for IT services and consulting.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, industry networks, referrals, and direct client engagement.

  • Conduct sales meetings, requirement discussions, presentations, and proposal negotiations.

  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients in North America.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations.

  • Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and convert them into paying clients.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition targets.

  • Stay updated on IT service trends, market demand, and competitor positioning.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition in IT services or consulting.

  • Deep understanding of IT consulting, managed services, digital solutions, and software project sales.

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client onboarding.

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement teams.

  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently.

  • Experience using CRM, sales automation, and outreach platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
