Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Cloud Benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in benefits administration and a solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementations and enhancements
- Configure benefits programs, plans, eligibility profiles, rates, and life event processing
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management modules
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and data validation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Maintain documentation, including functional design and configuration workbooks
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Benefits
- Hands-on experience with benefits configuration, enrolments, and life events
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HCM processes
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas)
- Knowledge of US or global benefits regulations
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
