Summary

Our client has an immediate need for a Accuity Capture Business Transformation - Business Analyst. The initial duration is 6 months, with travel onsite expected 25%. No vendors please. Eastern Time Zone.

ROLE SUMMARY

Seeking one Business Analyst to support a workstream focused on revenue integrity and zero value leakage for risk-adjusted lines of business. The selected resource will provide analytical and operational support including clinical documentation workflow assessment, suspect review processes, and Epic CDI tooling in an integrated health system environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support revenue integrity and accuity capture workstream with structured business analysis and documentation
Analyze in-visit clinical documentation workflows and identify improvement opportunities related to diagnosis capture
Support OPA Alert and suspect review processes, helping clinical staff navigate pre- and post-visit CDI workflows
Assist with Epic Pre-CDI and RedRad configuration review, testing, and documentation
Track pre/post visit CDI resourcing needs, KPI metrics, and adoption reporting
Prepare analysis deliverables, workflow documentation, meeting notes, and status updates
Engage with clinical staff to gather requirements and assess process gaps

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis, clinical documentation, or revenue cycle operations
Foundational knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, CDI workflows, and risk adjustment concepts
Familiarity with in-visit clinical documentation workflows and EHR/EMR tools (Epic preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
Ability to engage clinical stakeholders professionally and synthesize complex information into clear deliverables
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Epic Pre-CDI, RedRad, or equivalent clinical documentation tool experience
OPA Alert and suspect review process familiarity
RHIT, CCA, or equivalent Health Information Management credential
