The Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor module, ensuring compliance with Canadian labour regulations and integration with OTL and other modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering with HR, OTL, and business stakeholders
- Configure Time Entry Profiles, Layout Sets, Time Calculation Rules
- Define overtime, shift, and pay rules based on Canadian labor laws
- Manage timecard validations and approval workflows
- Integrate with Absence Management and OTL
- Support UAT and production deployment
- Develop and support integrations (Time to OTL, third-party systems)
- Work with HDL, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Reports
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues
- Support data migration and automation
- Ensure compliance with provincial labor laws
- Configure statutory holidays, overtime policies, shift premiums
- Align with OTL cycles and reporting requirements
- Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
- Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL, , Absence, and other relevant modules
- Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
- Should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL modules
- Hands-on experience in working on Oracle OTL
- Handson experience on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, OTL batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to OTL, and Absence and other modules
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
