Summary

The selected developer will design, develop, test, and support enterprise Tableau dashboards, reports, and workflow-driven analytics that improve operational visibility and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, advanced SQL and data-integration skills, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into accurate, high-performing visualizations, KPIs, scorecards, and operational reports.

The role also includes optimizing dashboard performance and data quality, troubleshooting reporting issues, preparing technical and user documentation, providing knowledge transfer, and supporting ongoing business-intelligence enhancements. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours work as requested.

·       Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in an enterprise environment.

·       Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including dashboard design, data modeling, calculations, and performance optimization.

·       Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

·       Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical reporting and analytics solutions.

·       Experience integrating and validating data from multiple data sources, including enterprise systems and data warehouses.

·       Knowledge of data visualization best practices, KPI development, and business intelligence reporting standards.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and quality assurance.

·       Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work in a collaborative team environment.
