Summary

Title: Smartsheet Technical Support
Location: Remote India
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: $15.00 - 20.00/hr

Smartsheet Technical Support

Responsible for Smartsheet 1st level technical support, assisting teams in connecting with Smartsheet Customer Service where needed and determining escalation to Smartsheet Administrator
Responsible for Daily and Weekly User Mgmt Reporting for Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
Responsible for Account Requests (Contributors Only) Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
Assists in developing Smartsheet user documentation (i.e. reference guides)
Assists in Workspace Governance Audits and identifying opporotunities for Member seat reduction

IT PMO Smartsheet Environment

Responsible for Daily and Weekly IT PMO Reporting for Smartsheet Environment and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
Responsible for project provisioning and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
Responsible for IT PMO personnel Smartsheet customization requests and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
Responsible for IT PMO Portfolio Spend Workspace oversight during Pilot and Hypercare and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in technical debt clean-up related to IT PMO Smartsheet Environment
5+ years of experience in Smartsheet Technical Support and Solutioning (understanding basics of Smartsheet solutions using Sheets, Reports, Dashboards and Premium Applications)
6+ months of experience provisioning new accounts in Smartsheet newly released USM
Some experience creating Collections
1+ years of experience documenting processes
Smartsheet Solutions Architect Certification
Smartsheet Platform
Smartsheet Premium Applications Dynamic View, WorkApps, Data Shuttle and DataMesh Proof of Smartsheet Core Product Certification
