Job Description:
Finance/Accounting - Finance Data Manager

Location: Celebration, Florida (2 days Onsite hybrid)

Role Overview

This position supports an enterprise forecasting solution by performing hands-on data validation. The role involves aggregating data from multiple Front of House (FOH) systems, which is then enriched in Snowflake and transferred for planning and analysis. You will work in a matrixed environment with Finance and Technology teams to ensure data integrity through independent audits and process validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute hands-on data validation by ingesting source extracts and rebuilding logic using Alteryx or AI-assisted tools.
  • Compare results from source to destination systems and document variances for remediation by technical teams.
  • Build repeatable workflows for independent data process audits across approximately 16 FOH systems and over 1,000 metrics.
  • Leverage AI toolsets, such as Cursor AI and Snowflake Cortex AI, for analysis, workflow development, and variance documentation.
  • Participate in re-test cycles after remediation and ensure consistent output standards.
  • Work from written mapping specifications and business rules to validate data transformations.
  • Collaborate with Orlando-area stakeholders during U.S. business hours.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, ETL, or financial/operational reporting, with a focus on data reconciliation or audit validation, is required.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Alteryx Designer or an equivalent ETL/data preparation tool.
  • Practical experience with AI toolsets like Cursor AI or Snowflake Cortex AI for workflow development and analysis on large datasets.
  • Strong SQL or query skills for validating extracts and working with database-sourced data.
  • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, file extracts, and mapping information from technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Smart View, or Excel-based planning and reporting extracts.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, cloud data warehouses, and finance or hospitality metrics.
  • Prior work in regulated or audit-oriented data validation, such as SOX-adjacent support or migration validation.
  • Experience with enterprise data preparation platforms like Dataiku or Alteryx.
  • Alteryx Designer Core or Advanced certification, or an equivalent portfolio of work.
