Summary

Description

As a Fleet Electronic Support Representative, this individual performs a variety of complex technical functions in support of the SSEE system to include test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of electronic systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
  • Establishing procedures for the maintenance of facilities and equipment including cable diagrams, equipment schematics, and configurations
  • Providing technical distance and on-site support to deployed U.S. Navy units

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining the SSEE FoS
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
    • Must obtain within 6 months of hire

Desired Skills

  • 10 or more years of experience troubleshooting or maintaining the SSEE FoS or similar C5ISR system
  • General working knowledge in reference to the hardware installation, system configuration, system administration and maintenance of Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE)
  • Performed System Operational Verification Tests (SOVTs)
  • Working with testing and development teams
  • Fleet Electronic Support (FES) experience
  • Installation of hardware such as servers, routers, switches and workstations

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
