Senior Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager with Healthcare and Data experience for a position with a Health Insurance Provider located in Eagan, MN. Must be able to go 2-3 days on site. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $80.00 - $90.00 per Hour

This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of a critical Master Data Management (MDM) program, migrating from IBM InfoSphere to Reltio, with a target completion of October 2026. The Senior Project Manager will also oversee changes across more than 20 core systems within a complex healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will manage multi-million-dollar budgets, lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall model, and engage with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a healthcare-focused Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and manage multiple other system changes across 20+ core systems
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, financial forecasts, and RAID logs
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical execution
• Partner with data governance, data architecture, and business stakeholders to define data domains, golden record strategy, data quality standards, and data stewardship models
• Coordinate with MDM platform vendors and system integrators, overseeing data migration, cleansing, integration, and testing activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, state mandates) and mitigate risk in highly regulated environments
• Present program status, risks, and financials to executive leadership and facilitate steering committees
• Manage program budgets (typically $2M-$10M+), oversee SOWs, and ensure financial tracking and reporting accuracy
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, analysts, and QA to drive accountability and execution

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of project/program management experience
• 5+ years of experience within healthcare, with a strong understanding of claims, member, and provider data complexity
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise programs ($5M+ preferred)
• Experience with package implementations in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality, stewardship models, enterprise integrations, and APIs
• Experience managing vendors and system integrators
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Exceptional executive communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
