Title: Systems Administrator (On-site)

Location: Tallahassee, FL || Duration: Long-Term

Required Skills and Experience

* 6+ years of experience in Configuration and Programming of DataCap.
* 6+ years of experience in enterprise level change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
* 6+ years of experience in enterprise level Web Application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools) is desired.
* Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology solutions.
* Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics.
* High-Profile.
* Multiple technologies and functions.
* Experience working in state government.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.
* 6+ years of experience in Configuration and maintenance for FileNet Image Services.
* 6+ years of experience in PowerShell Scripting.
* 6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and configuration.
* 6+ years of experience in Network/Server performance monitoring.

Tasks & Deliverables

* Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects.
* Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provide monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
* Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.
* Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed.
* Develop project plans and measures actual progress against the plans.
* Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
* Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
* Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
* Manages change control within the projects.
* Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that affect the critical path.
* Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.
