Project Manager
The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Project Manager and Scrum Master to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Corporate Data Warehouse ( CDW ) initiatives. This role emphasizes project management, delivery coordination, and clear communication across distributed data and analytics teams. You will bring deep experience in HealthCare IT, stakeholder communications, training program management, and cross-team coordination in a complex federal environment.

In this role, you will coach a development team to maintain focus on sprint goals, apply core Scrum principles to remove impediments, and ensure steady, predictable delivery. You will use tools such as Jira and Micro sof t Office to guide effective sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while driving sustainable process improvements. This po sit ion offers the opportunity to deepen your Agile expertise , strengthen your skills in tactical planning and delivery, and contribute to solutions that enhance Veterans' access to essential healthcare information and services.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting data, analytics, or enterprise IT platforms such as CDW or VINCI
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile techniques and online collaboration tools such as MS Teams
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting
  • Ability to facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience using Atlassian tools
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or XP
  • Ability to educate teams on refining and maintaining a product backlog
  • Possession of exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
