We are looking for Production Support Engineer (Salesforce) for our client in Toronto ON.

Job Title: Production Support Engineer (Salesforce)

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

7+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for front-office users across global platforms.
Manage incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes.
Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors.
Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD).
Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams.
Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation.

Nice to Have:

Monitoring Tools: Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace.
Scheduling Tools: Control-M / Autosys.
DevOps / CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible.
Exposure to Cloud & Modern Tech: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms.

Skills:

Salesforce experience.
Python scripting.
Unix / SQL.
DevOps / CI-CD.
Cloud exposure.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
