Senior Desktop/Tech Support

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Desktop/Tech Support professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential support in a dynamic environment, ensuring our staff and sales associates have the technology resources they need to excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution for end-users.
• Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems, addressing connectivity issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and resolve technical challenges.
• Utilize ticketing systems for tracking and managing support requests effectively.
• Participate in local and national projects, contributing to the improvement of technology products and services.

Skills

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical support role.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop and technical support, with a preference for 5 years.
• Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Ivanti.
