Pega LSA(lead system Architect)

Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end Pega solutions, including situational layer cakes, data models, and enterprise class structures.
Technical Leadership: lead development teams, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices in Pega 8+.
Integration:
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and Kafka
Security & Compliance: Implement security models (RBAC, ABAC, CBAC) and ensure application compliance.
Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Certification: Pega LSA certified (at least Level 1).
Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in Pega PRPC-based solutions.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, Java, SQL, and Pega frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
