Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (primary skill) & GTS Consultant (good to have) with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP SD and SAP GTS, with the ability to collaborate with global business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing business solutions.

The consultant will play a key role in supporting and optimizing global sales order processing, delivery, billing, pricing, revenue recognition, and international trade compliance processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external integration partners to ensure seamless end-to-end business operations.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Experience supporting global Order-to-Cash business processes.

Experience working in large global SAP landscapes.

Strong production support and incident management experience.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery models.

Experience in enhancements, rollouts, and transformation projects.

Strong experience in integration testing and end-to-end business process validation.

Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders across multiple geographies.
