Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer/Consultant with strong AWS expertise to support migration from a legacy contact center platform to Amazon Connect. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable contact center solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect & AWS
- Strong Amazon Connect Contact Flows, IVR, Queues, Routing & Contact Lens
- AWS Lex, Polly, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway
- Amazon Connect APIs & SDKs
- Salesforce / ServiceNow CRM integrations
- Python / Node.js / JavaScript / Java
- Terraform – 2+ years
- AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, Step Functions
- SQL/NoSQL – RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, Redshift
- CI/CD & DevOps – Jenkins, Git, Spinnaker
- IAM, SAML, SSO, Active Directory & AWS Security
- Strong telephony/networking knowledge
- Experience with contact center/cloud migrations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have: Genesys, Verint WFM, AWS AI/ML services (Transcribe, Bedrock, Comprehend, SageMaker), AWS Certifications.
