Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Configuring and Troubleshooting Telecom communication system
- Experience with Avaya tools: CMS supervisor.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Telecom communication system
- Experience in in enterprise telephony and contact centers and unified systems
- Experience with Avaya tools : CMS supervisor.
- Perform regular system analysis and optimizations of existing IVR apps
- Conduct code reviews and testing and document all project phases
- Experience in programming language (C# .Net) and DB (sql server/oracle etc.)
- knowledges in Avaya orchestration and other related technologies.
- Knowledges of telecom protocols such as SIP
- Telecom experience is required for this role
