Full Stack Developer Java / AI

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join an AI-focused engineering team. This is a hands-on development role working across Java backend services, modern frontend applications, Python, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development

• Strong Spring / Spring Boot experience

• Full Stack development using Python, SQL, React and/or Angular

• Hands-on Azure cloud experience

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka

• Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and design patterns

• Experience with CI/CD and Agile development

• Linux/Unix experience

AI / GenAI Experience

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search

• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar Agentic AI frameworks

• Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven applications

Ideal Candidate

• Approximately 3 9 years of overall professional experience

• Strong hands-on development background

• Comfortable working across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI technologies

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with product, data, and business teams

• Willingness to participate in an onsite interview
