JOB DESCRIPTION:

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a highly experienced Instructional Designer / Trainer to support the rollout of the PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM 9.2) ERP system. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering role-based training for financial users across a large government organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP training, especially PeopleSoft Financials, and is comfortable working in a large remote Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive training program for PeopleSoft Financials modules.
Develop role-based, accessibility-compliant training materials (508/WCAG).
Create user-friendly guides, job aids, videos, and eLearning content.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and asynchronous training sessions.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams during system design and UAT.
Maintain and update training content on SharePoint.
Support change management and end-user adoption.
