Must Have:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer programming, or similarDesign, implement, and maintain VMware vSphere virtualization infrastructure, including ESXi hosts (6.5+), vCenter Server, and vSANConfigure and manage virtual networks, storage, and other virtualization componentsInstallation, configuration, administration Virtual Center Server, VMware View, Disaster Recovery, Plate Spin, vMotion, P2V, P2P, V2V, VMWare Update ManagervCenter integration with AD, DNS, backup or any other applicationsExperience in managing Red Hat RHEL Operating Systems Preference:VMWare Certified ProfessionalExperience in other virtualization technologies Kernel-based virtual machines (KVM), Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (container-native virtualization)Experience in container technologies KubernetesIn-depth knowledge in Virtualization and Hypervisor security including hardening techniques for the virtualization platform to prevent attack threatsExperience in managing relationships with vendors.
